Here at It's In The Bag, you'll find our ordering process a bit different than what you are probably used to. The reason for this is that every item we make is completely made to order. We don't want to be just another collar company. We want to know each of our customers (and their pets). We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and we want to create something that will function and fit exactly how it was intended to. Our goal is to exceed all of your expectations!
Before placing your first order, the best thing that you can do is to login to our website, and then complete the "Account Profile". Tell us about your pets by filling information about each one of them. You will also have the opportunity to give specific measurements for your pets.
You can enter only the 1 or 2 measurements that may apply to your current order, or while you're measuring just get them all so that will save you from doing it again in the future should you want something different. This may take a few moments but...once it's done, you'll not have to worry about it again. (All of the products we make aside from paracord will be adjustable a couple inches but, keep in mind if you have a growing pet, you may need to update at some point.) Please see the measurement chart below (or on the Measurement Chart page) for the measurements that are needed for various dog products.
Your information will be kept on file here so that I can pull it up whenever you order. You will have the option to add information for multiple pets. While this process is not mandatory, it IS extremely helpful and will save a lot of time in the long run. If you choose not to complete this quick form, you can always leave your measurements on each order that you place.
The Ordering Process
1) Browse the Product Details page to see what products we offer and the base prices. If you wish to see more examples there are many on our Facebook (albums categorized for your convenience) and Instagram pages. (Prices listed may change based upon specialty ordering.)
2) When you've decided what you'd like to order, click the link to our Patterns page to be directed to over 500 awesome patterns. ( If you don't see something that you are looking for, 9 times out of 10 we can find it just let us know! A $10 fee will apply to special orders).
3) When you've decided what product/s and pattern/s that you'd like you can:
a. just login and fill out the Order Form! You may give us any additional information there, that you'd like as well.
or
b. fill out the Guest Order Form if you don't want to register and login. Please note that using this method to order will not save your information for future use and you will not have the ability to view a history of your orders.
Once you have submitted your order, we will review it and contact you if any further information is needed. If not, we will send you an invoice via email.

We at It's In The Bag have tested our collar & leash products for strength & durability for everyday use. Our buckles are made with a high tensile strength and are run through a tensile test to ensure safety during normal use and everyday wear and tear. (Wear and tear associated with scratching, biting, and rubbing of decorative fabric excluded). Each consumer is responsible for determining the suitability of It's In The Bag products for their individual situation and assumes all responsibility/liability by purchasing said product.
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to accept all responsibility. It's In The Bag and its owner cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage that may result from the use of our products. Please use good judgment and common sense in determining appropriate use for any pet collars and leashes that you purchase from any vendor. As with all pet collars and leashes on the market, they should be inspected regularly.
Our collars are not recommended for tie-out or pulling additional burden other than pet's own weight.
